We ship worldwide from Guatemala. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:

Guatemala $7

United States $25

Latin America $30

Europe $35

Rest of the World $35

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on the destination country.

These are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Each piece is made with care, often by hand. Please allow 2–4 days for your order to be prepared before it ships, plus 3–5 business days in transit. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us at hola@casaedel.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
